How does monthly vs annual billing work?
You can choose to be billed monthly or annually. Annual saves about 17%. When you switch plans, you pay or receive prorated credit for the time remaining in the current period (handled automatically by Stripe).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the account portal. You will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then return to the Free plan.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Before confirming a downgrade we show you exactly what will happen to your dynamic QR codes, drafts, and design templates. No surprises: you decide whether to proceed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Do you have a refund policy?
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you. Subsequent renewals are not automatically refunded, but you can disable renewal at any time.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. We do not handle or store payment data on our servers. Everything is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
How do the limits work?
Each plan has quotas for API requests (daily and monthly), dynamic QR codes, design templates, and maximum speed. When you reach a limit we offer you to upgrade or free up space.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, you can change billing period at any time from your account. The difference is prorated.
